Renames, class changes, and gender changes are done on the homepage, in account management. Verify the email or these options stay locked.
Transfer and convert gear

Newly released items can be transferred only after 2 weeks.
Untradeable items follow the note shown in the account UI. Read the warning on the service page before you submit, because each item type has its own conditions.
