Character card
Unlock the card at Wind Port and the combinations that give stats.
The character card adds a small stat based on blood type, zodiac, hobby, and style. Players usually fill it in for the stat, not as a real profile.
Unlocking the card
Reach level 20. Go to Wind Port at 6 o'clock, take the quest from the Guard NPC, receive the card, then turn the quest in to the nearby Butler.
The second quest's answers, in order, are <2> <3> <4> <3>.
With the card in the bag, right-click it and fill the four boxes: Blood type, Zodiac, Hobby, Style. The labels below are the ones shown in the Vietnamese client.

Other lines exist, such as HP/MP regen and defense. The blog does not list them because few people use them.
