Refine
Six refine tiers, the materials, and Epic pity.

Refine adds stats under the refine-effect section, based on the item's refine power. Era adds an Epic tier above Legend.
Tiers

| Tier | Power | Option lines |
|---|---|---|
| Common | 0–30 | 0 |
| Advanced | 31–60 | 1 |
| Special | 61–85 | 2 |
| Masterpiece | 86–98 | 3 |
| Legend | 99 | 4 |
| Epic | 101 | 5 |
Epic gear is red and has 5 option lines. Shared stats are Strength, Intelligence, Agility, and Stamina. Some slots have their own lines: weapons can roll damage, critical rate, accuracy, and highest and lowest attack. Wings and bags can roll HP/MP, critical, and accuracy. Shoes can roll move speed.
Refine also raises the attack of items that already have an attack or magic-attack line. An attack line that sits under Special traits is not increased this way.
Materials

- Gear insurance scroll. From Advanced upward, the chance to destroy the item is very high without it.
- Spirit, required.
- Refine stone, optional.
- Epic Refine Charm when going from Legend to Epic. The charm adds 1% success chance.
Epic pity
The counter is currently 150 attempts. Attempt 150 succeeds. Admins can change the number by season.
Pity only appears while the item is Legend, and it only advances when an Epic Refine Charm is used.
These actions reset the counter:
- Trading
- Mailing it to someone else
- Listing it on the market, even if it only sits there
- Putting it in the guild vault
